Experience Movement Sample Clauses
The Experience Movement clause defines how changes in experience, such as claims history or loss ratios, affect the terms or pricing of an agreement, typically in insurance or service contracts. It outlines the process for reviewing and adjusting premiums, fees, or other contract elements based on actual performance data over a specified period. This mechanism ensures that the contract remains fair and responsive to real-world outcomes, helping to allocate risk more accurately between the parties and prevent significant imbalances due to unforeseen events.
