Experience and Training. Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: Three years of increasingly responsible experience in the facilitation and implementation of recreational infrastructure projects and programs is required. Experience working with federal agencies in the development and management of land-use permits is preferable.
