EXPENSIVE AND VALUABLE ITEMS. When items are declared by the member to be expensive and valuable and the member determines the services as provided for herein are not adequate, special handling be provided at the request of the member and additional charges if any, for such special handling be at the expense of the member. If the member requests insurance coverage, the contractor shall inform the member how such coverage may be obtained.
