Mattresses Clause Samples

The 'Mattresses' clause defines the standards and requirements related to the provision, condition, or replacement of mattresses within a contractual arrangement, such as a lease or accommodation agreement. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for supplying mattresses, outlines acceptable quality or hygiene standards, and may address procedures for cleaning or replacing them if they become damaged or unsanitary. Its core function is to ensure that all parties have clear expectations regarding mattress-related responsibilities, thereby preventing disputes over health, safety, or comfort issues associated with bedding.
