Common use of EXPENSES TO BE Clause in Contracts

EXPENSES TO BE. PAID BY THE INVESTMENT MANAGER The Investment Manager will pay for its own account all expenses incurred by it in rendering the services hereunder without regard to the compensation received by the Investment Manager from the Company hereunder. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Investment Manager shall bear the following expenses incurred in connection with the performance of its duties under this Agreement:
