Common use of Expenses of the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Expenses of the Trustee. The Company shall reimburse the Trustee for any expenses incurred by the Trustee including, but not limited to, all proper charges and disbursements of the Trustee, and reasonable fees for legal services rendered to the Trustee (whether or not rendered in connection with a judicial or administrative proceeding). The Trustee’s entitlement to reimbursement hereunder shall not be affected by the resignation or removal of the Trustee or by the termination of the Trust.
