Common use of Expenses of Agent Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Agent. Borrowers agree to pay, on demand, all costs and expenses incurred by Agent in connection with the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Amendment and any other Loan Documents executed pursuant hereto and any and all amendments, modifications, and supplements thereto, including, without limitation, the costs and fees of Agent's legal counsel and any taxes or expenses associated with or incurred in connection with any instrument or agreement referred to herein or contemplated hereby.

Expenses of Agent. Borrowers jointly and severally agree to pay, on demand, all costs and expenses incurred by Agent in connection with the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Amendment and any other Loan Documents executed pursuant hereto and any and all amendments, modifications, and supplements thereto, including, without limitation, the reasonable costs and fees of Agent's legal counsel and any taxes or expenses associated with or incurred in connection with any instrument or agreement referred to herein or contemplated hereby.

Expenses of Agent. Borrowers agree to pay, pay on demand, demand all costs and expenses reasonably incurred by Agent in connection with the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Amendment and any other Loan Documents executed pursuant hereto and any and all amendments, modifications, and supplements theretoAmendment, including, without limitation, the costs and fees of Agent's legal counsel and any taxes or expenses associated with or incurred in connection with any instrument or agreement referred to herein or contemplated herebycounsel.

Expenses of Agent. Expenses of Agent. Expenses of Agent. Borrowers agree As provided in the Credit Agreement, Borrower agrees to pay, pay on demand, demand all costs and expenses incurred by Agent in connection with the preparation, negotiation negotiation, and execution of this Amendment and any the other Loan Documents executed pursuant hereto and any and all amendments, modifications, and supplements thereto, including, including without limitation, limitation the reasonable costs and fees of Agent's legal counsel counsel, and any taxes or all costs and expenses associated with or incurred by Agent in connection with the enforcement or preservation of any instrument rights under the Credit Agreement or agreement referred to herein or contemplated herebyany other Loan Document, including without limitation the reasonable costs and fees of Agent's legal counsel.

Expenses of Agent. Borrowers agree to pay, on demand, all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Agent in connection with the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Amendment and any other Loan Documents executed pursuant hereto and any and all amendments, modifications, and supplements thereto, including, without limitation, the reasonable costs and fees of Agent's ’s outside legal counsel and any taxes or expenses associated with or incurred in connection with any instrument or agreement referred to herein or contemplated herebycounsel.

Expenses of Agent. Borrowers In consideration of Agent's willingness to enter into this Amendment as set forth herein, Obligors agree to paypay to Agent, on demand, all costs and expenses incurred by Agent in connection with the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Amendment and any other Loan Documents executed pursuant hereto and any and all amendments, modifications, and supplements thereto, including, without limitation, the costs and fees of Agent's legal counsel and any taxes or expenses associated with or incurred in connection with any instrument or agreement referred to herein or contemplated hereby.
