Common use of Expense Payments and Reimbursements Clause in Contracts

Expense Payments and Reimbursements. The Executive shall be reimbursed for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses that he shall incur in connection with his services under this Agreement upon substantiation of such expenses in accordance with applicable policies of the Bank. In addition, Executive shall receive an allowance of $2,400 per year for dues in professional, social and civic organizations, and the sum of $1,200 per year for miscellaneous expenses.
