Expected Business Conduct. The Selected Provider shall furnish prompt, courteous, and efficient service and shall conduct its operation in such a manner so as to prevent the following from taking place at the ACC: Complaints from users of the ACC regarding the quality of service provided by the Selected Provider; Any cause for public nuisance; Any creation of objectionable noises; Any generation of noxious smoke, gases, vapors and odors; Any illegal activity; Activities other than those permitted by the Contract; The ACC Executive Director (ED) or his designated agent may eject from the premises any manager or employee of the Selected Provider who uses improper language or acts in any discourteous, loud, boisterous, inappropriate, or offensive manner.
