Expectations from Bidder. Bidder is required to give a total solution & services as per scope of Work of tender. The full working of all IT Equipment and Services is the responsibility of the Bidder.
Expectations from Bidder. Bidder has to maintain the all existing installed network points and provide new LAN connectivity. Details can be referred through tender clause of Scope of work & Annexure-I.

Bidder should have PF no. and ESI No./ Medical policy for executing the contract. Bidder should not have any ongoing legal proceeding against him for unethical business practices (compliance to be provided as per Annexure V).

Related to Expectations from Bidder

  • Expectations Regarding Advance Notices Within ten (10) days after the commencement of each calendar quarter occurring subsequent to the commencement of the Commitment Period, the Company must notify the Investor, in writing, as to its reasonable expectations as to the dollar amount it intends to raise during such calendar quarter, if any, through the issuance of Advance Notices. Such notification shall constitute only the Company's good faith estimate and shall in no way obligate the Company to raise such amount, or any amount, or otherwise limit its ability to deliver Advance Notices. The failure by the Company to comply with this provision can be cured by the Company's notifying the Investor, in writing, at any time as to its reasonable expectations with respect to the current calendar quarter.

  • Expectations Faculty members participating in the annuitant employment program are expected to perform the full range of faculty duties, on a pro rata basis. They are subject to the professional development plans required under Article 22.
