Expansion Contingency. In the event that permanent facilities are not yet constructed, WPCS will attempt to acquire additional modulars on site with features to accommodate science education and group activities. The WPCS Board’s expansion to create the STEM Academy and expand to grades 9-12 is conditioned on successfully securing supplemental funding, financing, and facilities to accommodate the expansion. In the event that the Board is delayed or unable to secure these resources, the Board may delay, modify, or postpone indefinitely the expansion plans, with notice to the authorizer, in which case, the STEM enhancements will be modified and implemented in the existing K-8 programs.
