Expanded Studies Program Sample Clauses
The Expanded Studies Program clause establishes the terms under which additional research or study activities may be conducted beyond the original scope of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for proposing, approving, and funding such expanded studies, specifying the roles and responsibilities of each party involved. For example, it may allow a sponsor to request further clinical trials or data analysis, subject to mutual agreement and possibly additional compensation. The core function of this clause is to provide a structured mechanism for broadening the scope of work in a controlled and agreed-upon manner, thereby accommodating evolving project needs while maintaining contractual clarity.
