Common use of Existing Units Clause in Contracts

Existing Units. Because Gas Transmission Pipelines from Units existing on the Effective Date will be an integral part of the Project, the State shall own, directly or indirectly through State-owned entities, an interest in Gas Transmission Pipelines to transport Gas originating from the: (i) Prudhoe Bay Unit; (ii) PTU; (iii) Kuparuk River Unit; (iv) Duck Island Unit; (v) Northstar Unit; (vi) Milne Point Unit; (vii) Colville River Unit; or
