Common use of Existing Litigation Clause in Contracts

Existing Litigation. Existing Litigation" shall mean all pending or threatened litigation, audit inquiries, charges, workers compensation claims, claims for bodily injury, product warranty claims, arbitrations, governmental investigations or proceedings, citations and legal actions of any kind, all of which are listed and briefly described on the Disclosure Schedule.
