Common use of Existing Litigation Clause in Contracts

Existing Litigation. Existing Litigation" shall mean all pending or, to the Knowledge of ESELCO, threatened suits, audit inquiries, charges, workers compensation claims, product warranty claims, litigation, arbitrations, proceedings, governmental investigations, citations and actions of any kind against any of the ESELCO Companies, all of which are listed and briefly described on the Disclosure Schedule.
