Common use of Existing Fund Clause in Contracts

Existing Fund. The Corporation hereby reaffirms its appointment of Montag & Xxxxxxxx, Inc. as the Investment Adviser of the Enterprise Growth Fund and Enterprise Multi-Cap Growth Fund on the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement.

Existing Fund. The Corporation hereby reaffirms its appointment of Montag & Xxxxxxxx, Inc. as the Investment Adviser of the AXA Enterprise Growth Fund and (formerly, Enterprise Multi-Cap Growth Fund Fund) on the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement.
