Common use of Existing Confidential Information Obligations Clause in Contracts

Existing Confidential Information Obligations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Parties shall have no obligation to disclose Confidential Information or data to the extent such disclosure of information or data would be a violation of or inconsistent with applicable state or federal regulation or law. This Agreement requires the Parties to exchange Confidential Information that is necessary for the Coordination Committee to perform its duties, or for the Parties to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement. The Parties are not obligated to share Confidential Information for other purposes.
