EXHIBITS AND RIDERS. The exhibits and riders, if any, that are attached to this Lease shall hereby be incorporated in and made a part of this Lease. In the event a discrepancy, ambiguity or variance should exist between terms and conditions in the Lease and in the exhibits and/or riders thereto, then the terms and conditions of the Lease shall prevail and control.
