EXHIBITOR ENTERS INTO THIS AGREEMENT FOR ITSELF AND RELEVANT PERSONS. 2.1 We are an agent for the Host The Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that We enter into this Agreement in Our capacity as agent for and on behalf of the Host and a reference to Us includes a reference to the Host and vice versa. All of Our obligations, rights and remedies under this Agreement are obligations, rights and remedies of the Host. To the extent that this Agreement confers a benefit (including but not limited to any limitation of liability), right or remedy on the Host, it is intended that We shall also have the benefit of and the right to exercise or enforce that right or remedy.
