Exhibiting Leased Premises. The Tenant shall permit the Landlord or its agents, during Normal Business Hours but upon forty-eight (48) hours advance notice, to exhibit the Leased Premises: (a) to prospective tenants during the last six (6) months of the Term; and (b) to prospective purchasers of the Property or any part thereof at any time during the Term.
