Common use of Exhibit A, Aircraft Configuration Clause in Contracts

Exhibit A, Aircraft Configuration. Notwithstanding the provisions of Exhibit A, wherein Boeing Detail Specification D019A00IXIA38P-I Revision TBD dated as of TBD is identified as the configuration of the Aircraft, nothing shall prevent Customer from reviewing such Detail Specification. After review, Customer may request that Boeing propose additional optional features for consideration by Customer. Any changes and optional features that are agreed upon will be incorporated into Exhibit A of the Purchase Agreement by written amendment. The written amendment contemplated above will also reflect, if applicable, any changes to Aircraft Performance Guarantees and Aircraft Price that result from the incorporation of the revised optional features.
