Common use of Exercising of Rights Clause in Contracts

Exercising of Rights. The exercise by the Administrative Agent of its rights and remedies hereunder will not violate any law or governmental regulation in effect on the date of this Pledge Agreement or any material contractual restriction binding on or affecting an Obligor or any of its property.

Exercising of Rights. The exercise by the Administrative Agent of its rights and remedies hereunder will not violate any law material contractual restriction or, to the knowledge of any Obligor, any Law or governmental regulation in effect on the date of this Pledge Agreement or any material contractual restriction binding on or affecting an Obligor or any of its propertyproperty except for such violations as will not interfere with the principal benefits, rights and remedies provided for, and granted to, the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties hereunder.

Exercising of Rights. The exercise by the Administrative Agent of its rights and remedies hereunder will not violate any law or governmental regulation in effect on the date of this Pledge Agreement or any material contractual restriction that, in either case, is binding on or affecting an Obligor or any of its propertyProperty, except (1) as contemplated by Section 7(g) hereof, and (2) as contemplated by Section 6.03 of the Credit Agreement.
