Exercise Price of the Call Option. The price of exercise of the Call Option shall be R$1.8529 per APN and R$2.0104 per AON (the “Exercise Price”), to be paid in cash in immediately available funds, on the Option Shares Transfer Date, as consideration for the transfer of the respective Option Shares specified in the Exercise Notice. After the Merger of Shares, the Exercise Price shall be R$2.0104 per common share issued by CorpCo.
