Common use of Exercise of rights by data subject Clause in Contracts

Exercise of rights by data subject. Unless the data subject requires otherwise, where a request or objection is made by a data subject in relation to the personal data processed by one of the Parties that was originally provided to that Party by the other Party, that Party shall forward the request to the other Party and inform the data subject that it has done so and the other Party shall respond to the request.
