Common use of Exemption Clause in Contracts

Exemption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company hereby exempts and releases Indemnitee from any and all liability to the Company related to any breach by Indemnitee of his or her duty of care to the Company.

Exemption. To The Company hereby exempts Indemnitee, to the maximum fullest extent permitted by law, the Company hereby exempts and releases Indemnitee from any and all liability to the Company related to liability, or any part of liability, for damages caused as a result of a breach by Indemnitee of his or her duty of care to the Company, provided that in no event shall he be exempt with respect to any actions listed in Section ‎3.2 above.

To The Company hereby irrevocably exempts Indemnitee, to the maximum fullest extent permitted by law, the Company hereby exempts and releases Indemnitee from any and all liability to the Company related to any for damages caused as a result of a breach by Indemnitee of his or her duty of care to the Company, provided that in no event shall he be exempt with respect to (i) any actions listed in Section ‎2.2 above; or (ii) a violation of the Indemnitee's duty of care towards the Company in connection with any Distribution (as such term is defined in the Companies Law).
