Exemption of Lessor from Liability. Subject to the provisions of Except as set forth in Section 6 of the Work Letter5.03, Lessor shall not be liable for any damage or injury or damage to the person person, business (or any loss of income therefrom), goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Lessee, Lessee's employees, contractors, invitees, customers, customers or any other person in or about the PremisesProperty, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from from: (a) fire, steam, electricity, gaswater, water gas or rain, or from ; (b) the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, HVAC air conditioning or lighting fixtures, fixtures or from any other cause, whether the said injury or damage results from ; (c) conditions arising upon in or about the Premises Property or upon other portions of the Building any building of which the Premises are Property is a part, or from other sources or places; or (d) any act or omission of any other Lessee of any building of which the Property is a part. Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to the Lessee. The provisions of this Section 5.04 shall not, however, exempt Lessor from any act or neglect of any other tenant of Lessor. Notwithstanding liability for Lessor's gross negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under nowillful misconduct.

Notwithstanding Lessor's negligence or breach of this Leasenegligence, Lessor shall under nono circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.

The Lessor shall not be liable for incorporeal hereditaments, including interference or obstruction of light, air or view. The Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant of Lessor. Notwithstanding Lessor's negligence the Building or breach the other portions of this Lease, Lessor shall under nothe Project.

Notwithstanding Lessor's negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under nono circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.
