Common use of Exempt Nurses Clause in Contracts

Exempt Nurses. For the term of this agreement, nurses in the bargaining unit before January 1, 2021, shall remain full-time benefits eligible at twenty-four (24) or more hours per week (.6 FTE) so long as the nurse remains employed with MultiCare.
