Common use of Executive’s Representations Clause in Contracts

Executive’s Representations. Executive hereby acknowledges and represents that he has consulted with independent legal counsel regarding his rights and obligations under this Agreement Agreement; (b) is not suffering from, or aware of, any physical or mental condition which could reasonably be expected to affect his ability to function as Chief Executive Officer of the Company; (c) has been provided the opportunity to be, or has been, represented by legal counsel in preparing, negotiating, executing and that he delivering this Agreement; and (d) fully understands the terms and conditions contained hereinprovisions of this Agreement.
