Executive Session. Executive sessions (open only to Trustees and parties invited by the chair of the Regional Entity Trustees) shall be held as necessary upon agreement of the Regional Entity Trustees to safeguard confidentiality of sensitive information regarding employee, financial or legal matters, or confidential information related to compliance matters.
