Executive Reports. The Governing Board shall receive and act upon reports of the Executive Committee and of the Executive Director.
Executive Reports. If requested by THPRD's Representative, Design- Builder will submit an executive summary report that contains images of the Project and other facts that THPRD's Representative requests regarding the Project.
Executive Reports. At each regularly scheduled Board meeting, the Company’s CFO (or designee) shall provide a written report regarding the Company’s financial condition and prospects, including discussion of the cause of material increases in expenses and liabilities, if any, or material decreases in revenues and earnings, if any. The report shall address outstanding financial guidance, the effect of the Company’s current financial condition on any such guidance, and the specific reasons, if applicable, why the Company may fail or has failed to meet such guidance.
