Common use of Executive Officer Clause in Contracts

Executive Officer. Except as provided in the last sentence of this Section 3, M▇▇▇▇ shall hold the offices of Chairman of the Board of Directors, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Key throughout the period of his employment under this Agreement. M▇▇▇▇ and Key may, at some point in time after the Effective Date, mutually agree that a different executive officer of Key should hold the title of President and report to M▇▇▇▇ while M▇▇▇▇ remains as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Key.
