Executive Management. Unless the Required Lenders otherwise consent in writing, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall remain each Borrower's operations manager and the President of The Summit Group, Inc., and The Summit Group, Inc. shall be the property manager of each Hotel pursuant to each Borrower's Operating Agreement.
