Executive Management Team. In his role as CEO of AI, Stone will select from the HC’s existing personnel, three executives to join the AI executive management team. Individuals earning a salary of $[***] or greater as of October 11, 2018 shall be entitled to receive as much as a [***] percent ([***]%) increase in annual pay.
