Executive Headteacher. The Trustees shall appoint the Executive Headteacher and Head of School in accordance with the Articles. The Trustees [and the LGB] may delegate such powers and functions as they consider are required by the Executive Headteacher and Head of School for the internal organisation, management and control of the Academy (including the implementation of all policies set by the Trustees for the direction of the teaching and curriculum at the Academy).
