Common use of Execution Clause in Contracts

Execution. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, all of which when taken together shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party, it being understood that both parties need not sign the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission or in a PDF by e-mail transmission, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were an original thereof.

Execution. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission or in email of a PDF by e-mail version (with confirmation of transmission, such signature shall create ) of a valid and binding obligation signed counterpart of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were an hereof to the other at the applicable facsimile number or email address shown in Section 15 above. After execution and delivery by facsimile or electronic transmission or email, the parties agree to follow up with two originally executed counterparts and signature pages so that each party will have a counterpart with original thereofsignature pages from both parties.

This Letter Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, all of which when taken together shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party Party and delivered to the other partyParty, it being understood that both parties Parties need not sign the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission or in a PDF by e-mail transmissionany other form of electronic delivery, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party Party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were an original thereof.

Execution. This Agreement agreement and all related agreements, instruments and documents may each be executed in one two or more counterparts, all of which when taken together shall be considered one and the same agreement agreement, instrument, or document and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party, it being understood that both all parties need not sign the same counterpart. The signature of any Party thereon, for purposes hereof, shall be considered as an original signature, and the document transmitted shall be considered to have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party, it being understood that both parties need not sign the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission or in a PDF by e-mail transmission, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were an original thereofsignature on an original document.
