Common use of EXECUTION OF ORDERS Clause in Contracts

EXECUTION OF ORDERS. We shall use our reasonable endeavours to execute any order promptly, but in accepting your orders we do not represent or warrant that it will be possible to execute such order or that execution will be possible according to your instructions. We shall carry out an order on your behalf only when the relevant Market is open for dealings, and we shall deal with any instructions received outside Market hours as soon as possible when that relevant Market is next open for business (in accordance with the rules of that Market). You agree that we may execute an order on your behalf outside a Market. Our order execution policy will generally apply, save where you give us a specific instruction to the contrary. You confirm that you have read and agree to both our order execution policy and our conflicts policy, a summary of which is available on our website at xxx.xx.xxxxxxx.xxx. We will notify you of any material changes to either policy, but it is your responsibility to check for any other changes to either our order execution policy or our conflicts policy. We will consider the continued placement of orders by you to constitute your continued consent to our order execution policy and our conflicts policy as in effect from time to time.
