Common use of Execution of Lock-up Agreements Clause in Contracts

Execution of Lock-up Agreements. Each party set forth in Schedule C attached hereto shall have entered into an agreement (each a “Lock-Up Agreement”) in form and substance satisfactory to the Representative, substantially to the effect set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
