Execution of Agreement by Hydro and Manitoba. Forthwith upon completion of approval by the Community in accordance with section 8.9, Hydro is to authorize its appropriate officers to execute this Agreement on behalf of Hydro, and Manitoba is to, by Order in Council, authorize the Minister of Aboriginal and Northern Affairs to execute this Agreement on behalf of Manitoba.
