Execution by Electronic Means. The Authority and Concessionaire agree that the parties may execute this Agreement by manual signatures or by any form of electronic signature that is permitted under the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act as enacted and codified in Article 40 of Chapter 66 of the General Statutes of North Carolina.
Execution by Electronic Means. This Agreement may be executed by the parties and transmitted by email or other electronic means and if so executed and transmitted this Agreement will be for all purposes as effective as if the parties had delivered an executed original Agreement.

This Agreement shall otherwise be deemed fully effective upon physical or electronic delivery to LICENSEE by LICENSOR along with a printed or electronic form of this Agreement. The parties agree that this Agreement may be stored in electronic form even if the Agreement is initially executed in paper form and that neither party is required to retain the paper form of this Agreement after execution. If the parties proceed with execution of this Ag reement in electronic form, the parties agree that for all purposes the electronic signatures shall be deemed valid signatures, even where an electronic signature may be merely a computer generated signature or a click through “I agree” confirmation.
