Common use of Execution and Delivery of this Amendment Clause in Contracts

Execution and Delivery of this Amendment. On or prior to the Amendment Effective Date, each Credit Party, the Administrative Agent, Lenders constituting the Required Lenders and the 2017 Additional Term Loan Lenders, shall have signed a counterpart of this Amendment (whether the same or different counterparts) and shall have delivered (by electronic transmission or otherwise) the same to the Administrative Agent.
