The Warrant Certificates shall be executed on behalf of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, it President or one of its Vice Presidents under its corporate seal reproduced thereon attested by its Secretary or one of its Assistant Secretaries. The signature of any of these officers on the Warrant Certificates may be manual or facsimile.
