EXCLUSIVE CAMPGROUNDS OCCUPANCY RIGHTS. The member is hereby granted the exclusive right to occupy as a private single campsite and for no other, campsite number (the “Campsite”) in the Campground for a period of One Year from the date of this Agreement, subject only that the payment of the annual fee shall constitute an automatic renewal.
