Exclusion from Government Programs. Each Party represents and warrants that it and its Personnel have not: (a) been listed by any federal or state agency as excluded, debarred, suspended or otherwise ineligible to participate in federal and/or state programs; or (b) been convicted of any crime relating to any federal and/or state reimbursement program.
