Common use of Excluded from Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Excluded from Arbitration. This Agreement does not affect my right to pursue worker’s compensation or unemployment compensation benefits for which I may be eligible in accordance with state law, nor does it affect my right to file and/or to cooperate in the investigation of an administrative charge of discrimination.
