Common use of Excluded Amounts Clause in Contracts

Excluded Amounts. With the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent which consent may be given by an e-mail transmittal, the Servicer may withdraw from the Collection Account (not more than once per week) any deposits thereto constituting Excluded Amounts if the Servicer has, prior to such withdrawal and consent, delivered to the Administrative Agent a report (a copy of which (together with the written consent of the Administrative Agent) will be provided by the Servicer to the Backup Servicer and Collateral Custodian) setting forth the calculation of such Excluded Amounts in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
