Exchange Time. This Article has been modified by an MOU effective May 26, 2022. 14.1 Assistant attorneys general are expected to devote all the time necessary to deliver the highest quality legal and administrative services. This may require working beyond their regular schedule. Exchange time is a benefit in the form of time off for extraordinary hours worked. It is intended to encourage retention of valuable employees without impeding services to the public or preventing the office from accomplishing its mission.
