• Restricted Employment for Certain State Personnel Contractor acknowledges that, pursuant to Section 572.069 of the Texas Government Code, a former state officer or employee of a state agency who during the period of state service or employment participated on behalf of a state agency in a procurement or contract negotiation involving Contractor may not accept employment from Contractor before the second anniversary of the date the Contract is signed or the procurement is terminated or withdrawn.

• Death During Active Service If the Executive dies while in the active service of the Company, the Company shall pay to the Executive's beneficiary the benefit described in this Section 3.1. This benefit shall be paid in lieu of the Lifetime Benefits of Article 2.

• Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

• Business Locations Set forth on SCHEDULE 6.20(a) is a list of all Real Properties located in the United States as of the Closing Date. Set forth on SCHEDULE 6.20(b) is a list of all owned or leased locations where any tangible personal property of a Consolidated Party is located as of the Closing Date (other than vehicles and assets temporarily in transit or sent for repair). Set forth on SCHEDULE 6.20(c) is the chief executive office, jurisdiction of incorporation or formation and principal place of business of each Consolidated Party as of the Closing Date.

• Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive.
