Common use of Exchange of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Holder at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 16, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by the Holder at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Holder at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 1615, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by the Holder at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, exchangeable upon the its surrender hereof by the Holder at the office or agency of to the Company referred to in Section 16, for one or more new New Warrants of like tenor and date representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for and purchased purchasable hereunder, each of such new New Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares of Common Stock as shall may be designated by the Holder at the time of such surrendersurrender (not to exceed the aggregate number of such shares underlying this Warrant).

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, exchangeable upon the its surrender hereof by the Holder at the office or agency of to the Company referred to in Section 16, for one or more new New Warrants of like tenor and date representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for and purchased purchasable hereunder, each of such new Warrants New Warrant to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall may be designated by the Holder at the time of such surrendersurrender (not to exceed the aggregate number of shares underlying this Warrant).

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Holder at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 1617, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by the Holder at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, exchangeable upon the surrender hereof by the Holder registered holder at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 16, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right rights to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by the Holder holder at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, exchangeable upon the its surrender hereof by the Holder at the office or agency of Holders to the Company referred to in Section 16, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor and date representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for and purchased purchasable hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall may be designated by the Holder Holders at the time of such surrendersurrender (not to exceed the aggregate number of shares underlying this Warrant).

This Warrant is exchangeable, exchangeable upon the surrender hereof by the Holder at the office or agency of the Company referred to designated in Section 161 hereof, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right rights to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Warrant Stock which may be subscribed for and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants Warrant to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares the Warrant Stock as shall be designated by the Holder hereof at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, exchangeable upon the surrender hereof by the Holder at the office or agency of registered owner to the Company referred to in Section 16, for one or more a reasonable number of new Warrants issued to the registered owner of like tenor and date representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for and purchased purchasable hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by the Holder registered owner at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, exchangeable upon the surrender hereof by the Holder holders hereof at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 16designated by the Company, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right rights to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which Warrant Shares that may be subscribed for and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by the said Holder at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Holder hereof at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 167, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for and purchased purchase hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by the said Holder hereof at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Holder at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 1610, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by the Holder at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, exchangeable upon the surrender hereof by the Holder hereof at the principal office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 16Company, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right rights to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares of Common Stock as shall be designated by the said Holder or Holders hereof at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Holder at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 16Company, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right rights to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which that may be subscribed for and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by the Holder at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Holder hereof at the office or agency of the Company referred to Corporation designated in Section 161 hereof, for one or more a new Warrants Warrant of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock Warrant Shares which may be subscribed for and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by the Holder at the time of such surrender.

This Warrant is exchangeable, exchangeable upon the surrender hereof by the Holder holders hereof at the office or agency of the Company referred to designated in Section 162 hereof, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right rights to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by the Holder said holder or holders hereof at the time of such surrender.
