Exchange Date. (a) The Administrator will provide written notice of the pending termination of the responsibilities of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac, the Sponsor, the Remarketing Agent and the Administrator under the Series Certificate Agreement arising from an Exchange Date. The termination of the Series Pool will be governed by the applicable provisions in the following paragraphs.
