Common use of Excessive Flow Clause in Contracts

Excessive Flow. The Interconnected Party will not inject Gas at a Receipt Point at a rate greater than the then-current Maximum Design Flow Rate. If it does so, the Interconnected Party shall be liable for: the cost of any damage to any First Gas Equipment or First Gas’ Pipeline; the charge determined in accordance with section 11.11; and any Loss pursuant to section 11.12.
